What's your Returns Policy?
We understand it’s difficult to make decisions, and sometimes things aren't quite what we expect.
If you're not entirely happy with an item you purchased from us online you can return it. Please click here to find out how our return policy works.
Can I exchange my item for another size?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you are not satisfied with the fit and wish to purchase an alternative size we kindly ask you to place a new separate order and return the unwanted item.
Can I return unwanted items to a store?
Please do not return items bought online to our stores, they are a currently unable to facilitate online returns or refunds.

Do you cover return postage costs?
We are sorry to advise we do not provide a free return service.
Being transparent we offer fair pricing and keep our delivery services at the lowest price possible ensuring we provide a fair and reliable service.
Other retailers may offer a free return service however, this is typically factored into retail price on their website.
How do I return a faulty item?
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item please contact: support@collectifvintage.com
To help us identify your order quickly, please include the following information:
- Your name
- Order number
- Product name and code
- Picture of the fault
- Description of the fault
How long does your returns process take?
We will usually process a return within 14 calendar days of receipt. During busy periods, please allow up to 21 calendar days.
We will contact you via email as soon as we have opened your return to confirm this has been done. Refunds normally take 3-5 working days to clear in your account once processed but this will depend on your payment providers T&C’s.
If you have not received your refund after 28 days, please email: support@collectifvintage.com with your return tracking number and our team will look into this for you.
How do International returns work?
For the most part, international returns work the same as those from the UK.
However, if you're returning a parcel to us from outside the UK, please remember to state on any customs declarations that your parcel contains 'UNITED KINGDOM RETURNED GOODS.' If this is not declared, we will unfortunately have to forward any costs for duty to you.
