COLLECTIF ( “we” “us” ) trades online as collectifvintage.com ( our “Site” or “Sites” ) and related services are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions ( TOS ). Please read the TOS carefully before placing an order on www.collectifvintage.com. We recommend you keep a copy of the TOS for further reference.
COLLECTIF is the trading name of Abaci Online Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under registration number 11057112. Our registered address is 27 Old Gloucester Street, London. WC1N 3AX. Our VAT number is GB247160514.
In particular, we wish to draw your attention to our policies relating to the terms of purchase within the TOS and our Privacy Policy. If you are under 18 you must let your parent or guardian know about COLLECTIF‘s Privacy Policy before you register to use this Site or any of this Site’s services. We reserve the right to only accept orders from those over 18 however.
We may modify the TOS from time to time. Please read the TOS and check back often. If you do not agree to any change to the TOS then you must immediately stop using the Site. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.
Registration
To use some of the services or features on our Site you will need to register. When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please notify us immediately at the following email address support@collectifvintage.com
The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure, and you must inform COLLECTIF immediately of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.

Eligibility to Purchase
In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.
The Site is available only to individuals and others who meet the COLLECTIF terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank acceptable to COLLECTIF, whose applications are acceptable to COLLECTIF and who have authorised COLLECTIF to process a charge or charges on their credit/debit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase.
Products purchased by the buyer are for personal or gift use and should not be re-sold, used for commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit. In addition, COLLECTIF reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.
Furthermore, you agree that we may use Personal Information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information about how we use your data.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
COLLECTIF offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution centre. Occasionally however, we may be waiting for shipments from our suppliers. Consequently you may from time to time be given the possibility of making an Advance Payment for certain items in which case you are able to make an Advance Purchase Order. This will ensure that you receive this item in priority once stock has been delivered to COLLECTIF.
We will only take Advance Purchase Orders for stock that has been scheduled for shipping. Your rights regarding Advance Purchase Orders are the same as those for any other purchase at COLLECTIF. Alternatively, you may simply choose to register your email address for notification of arrival of the selected merchandise not held in stock.
If you have registered your email address for notification of the arrival of a specific product featured on our Site, we will attempt to notify you by email within 48 hours of the product becoming available on the Site. Please be aware that on occasion certain products that are in particularly high demand may sell out during this period.
Pricing Policy
Prices shown on the Site are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate unless you have selected an alternative country where VAT is not chargeable.
Customers purchasing from a country served as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) will incur relevant import duty and tax. These costs are included in the final purchase price.
Customers purchasing from a country served as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly by the carrier or an import broker.
We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion. If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Sterling, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
Acceptance of Your Order
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and COLLECTIF will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in London, England and the language of the contract is English. Neither our third party payment processor nor our nominated courier has the authority to accept an order on behalf of COLLECTIF.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the TOS.
We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Apple Pay, and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the Site from time to time. You can also choose to pay with PayPal.
When selecting these options at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to ‘Log In’ and review the amount shown before clicking ‘Pay Now’. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to COLLECTIF.
Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by COLLECTIF. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to COLLECTIF, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We take reasonable care to make our website secure. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using Shopify payment systems, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
Promotions and Offers
Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.
E-Gift Vouchers
If you receive an email E-Gift Voucher from us by email it will contain details of who sent you the E-Gift Voucher, along with a short message or reason. The email will also contain the Gift Voucher Number.
To redeem your gift certificate you will need to paste or type your Gift Certificate Number into the "DISCOUNT" box at checkout. You can use the Gift Certificate as full or part payment towards an order, excluding any postage charges. If the gift certificate contains insufficient credit to make the payment required in full, you will be able to pay the remaining balance using any of our other payment methods.
Gift Vouchers are redeemable online only and cannot be used in our retail stores.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, or 72 hours during sale periods. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. COLLECTIF are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
We will take all reasonable care to ship to your address, however we might not be responsible for non delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry or courier failures. COLLECTIF insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address.
Delivery Notification
When your order is ready to ship we will advise you. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the nominated address. Failed deliveries will be returned to a local depot and our delivery agents will leave a calling card. A further 1-2 delivery attempts will be made within a 5 working day period from the original delivery date before goods are automatically returned to us.
Failed Deliveries
Sometimes things happen and orders are returned to us. In these instances we reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee. Failed deliveries for which a refund is subsequently requested may also be subject to an administrative fee.
Delivery to a Different Address
At checkout you can arrange delivery of your order to an address that is different to your credit or debit card billing address, if you have not purchased from us before, we may contact you before we process your order to verify that your credit or debit card is not being used fraudulently.
Incorrect Delivery
In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect please notify our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt by email at support@collectifvintage.com We will do our best to rectify the issue as quickly as possible. In the interest of speed we kindly ask customers to send us a picture of the piece received and its label which helps us identify the issue and provide a solution quickly.
Returns
We hope that you will love your COLLECTIF order, however if this is not the case, we are happy to refund item(s) you are unhappy with when you return them to us in a saleable condition within 28 days of receipt. Please see our full returns policy
Return Condition
All items returned must be in a re-sellable condition. This means returned item(s) must be unworn, free of stains, odours, animal hair. Item(s) must not be damaged and must be returned with the original COLLECTIF tags still attached, or box. Returns that are received damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. Please email support@collectifvintage.com if any of your purchases have been delivered without COLLECTIF tags.
Exclusions
For reasons of health and hygiene, we are unable to accept any cosmetics, face masks, hosiery, lingerie, or pierced jewellery as returns. Swimwear must be tried over underwear, and any hygiene seals must be intact. If any items are received in an unsellable condition, they will be posted back to you.
Cancellation and Returns
Under ‘The Consumer Contracts Regulations’ 2014 (UK), online orders can be cancelled within 14 days of delivery. At COLLECTIF, we have extended this to 28 calendar days providing a reasonable timeframe for you to return unwanted item(s) to us.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform COLLECTIF of your decision to cancel the contract by contacting our Customer Service Team by email to support@collectifvintage.com detailing your name, address and order number.
All returns MUST have a return form enclosed to allow easy identification and prompt processing. You can find your returns form included in your parcel. If you have misplaced your form, please email support@collectifvintage.com and we’ll be happy to send you a replacement.
You must then return your order/item(s) to us within 28 days. We recommend you send your return with a signed for service with insurance and retain your receipt as proof.
Should any returned parcel be lost, your receipt can be used to lodge your claim with your postal provider. Please be reminded that for a lost parcel you need to lodge your own claim with your nominated postal service. We are unable to help with this and cannot accept any liability for losses.
You are responsible for the cost of the return postage, which is non-refundable unless the item(s) sent are incorrect or faulty. Any return postage cost refunded by us will be based on the economy Post Office cost (second class signed for or economy equivalent).

If you are making an international return, please make sure your parcel is clearly marked as "UNITED KINGDOM RETURNED GOODS" as we cannot accept any liability for any customs or duty fees.
Store Returns
Please note that we can only accept returns of online orders made via our website to our warehouse address. If you purchased an item in-store, this must be returned to the store directly. Please refer to your receipt for more information.
Exchanges
We are sorry to advise that we do not offer exchanges. If you are not satisfied with the fit and wish to make an exchange we kindly ask you to place a new separate order and return the unwanted item to us.
Refund Timescales
Upon receipt of your return we will refund the full price you paid for the item(s).
If you cancel your order before the item(s) have been shipped, then you will receive a full refund including the original delivery charges.
Please kindly note, it can take up to 21 days for a return to be processed once we have received your parcel. If you have not received your refund after 14 days, please email support@collectifvintage.com with your return tracking number and our teams will look into this for you.
All refunds are made to the same method of payment used on the original transaction. Item(s) returned beyond 28 days will not be eligible for a refund.
Repeated Returns
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, we do monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if goods are returned repeatedly.
Colours
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on collectifvintage.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
Intellectual Property Rights
Your use of the Site and its contents grants no rights to you in relation to any copyright, designs, trademarks and all other intellectual property and material rights relating to the Content (as described in the Content section below). All such Content including third party trademarks, designs, and related intellectual property rights mentioned or displayed on this Site are protected by national intellectual property and other laws and international treaty provisions.
You are permitted to use the Content only as expressly authorised by COLLECTIF and/or its third party licensors. Any reproduction or redistribution of the above listed Content is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties. Without limiting the foregoing, copying and use of the above listed materials to any other server, location or support for publication, reproduction or distribution is expressly prohibited. However, you are permitted to make one copy for the purposes of viewing Content for your own personal use.
Content
In addition to the Intellectual property rights mentioned above, “Content” is defined as any graphics, photographs, including all image rights, sounds, music, video, audio or text on this Site. COLLECTIF tries to ensure that the information on this site is accurate and complete.
You also grant to COLLECTIF a right to use any content you provide for its own purposes including republication in any form or media. Comments may be moderated and may take up to 72 hours to be displayed but COLLECTIF does not commit to checking all content and will not be liable for third party posts.
If you have a complaint about any posts please mail support@collectifvintage.com COLLECTIF reserves the right at its sole discretion not to publish or to remove any comment including those that it believes may be unlawful, defamatory, racist or libellous, incite hatred or violence, detrimental to people, institutions, religions or to people’s privacy, which may cause harm to minors, is detrimental to the trade marks, patents and copyrighted content, contains personal data, improperly uses the medium for promoting and advertising businesses. This site is available to the public, information you consider confidential should not be posted to this site.
No Commercial Use
This Site is for your personal non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, licence, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer, data mine or sell any Content, software, products, or services contained within this Site.
You may not use this Site, or any of its Content, to further any commercial purpose, including any advertising or advertising revenue generation activity on your own Site.
Linking to Our Site
You may lawfully link to our home page, providing it is done in a way that is fair and does not damage our reputation, or take advantage of it.
You must not establish a link in a way that suggests any form of association, approval, or endorsement by us when none exists. Prohibited Site Use
You are prohibited from using the Site or its content:

- to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability;
- to submit false or misleading information;
- to collect or track the personal information of others;
- to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape;

- or to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Site or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Site or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.
Your Rights
You have certain rights under the law. In England these include:
- That any products you order through this Site will be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose, and will conform to any description given on this Site;
- Certain remedies if a product is defective; and
- The right to cancel any order for a product within 14 days after the date of receipt of the product and receive a full refund even if it is not defective (see Cancelling your order above).

Our Relationship
You acknowledge and agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and COLLECTIF as a result of the TOS or your use of this Site.
You agree that you may not and will not hold yourself out as a representative, agent, or employee of COLLECTIF, and we shall not be liable for any representation, act, or omission on your part.
Non Waiver
If you breach the TOS and we take no action against you, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach the TOS.
Complaints
If you have a complaint please email support@collectifvintage.com giving full details including date of purchase and order reference number where applicable and your full name and address and contact details.
Governing Law
We control and operate our website from our offices within England and as such our TOS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, Scotland & Wales and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
Limitation of Liability
To the best of our ability we make reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on our website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy.
Our website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representation or endorsement made and we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the website, or any transaction that may be conducted on or through the website including but not limited to, implied warranties of non-infringement, compatibility, security, accuracy, conditions of completeness, or any implied warranty arising from course of dealing or usage or trade.

Consumer Contracts Regulations
From 13 June 2014, the Consumer Contracts Regulations - which implements the European Consumer Rights Directive became UK law - this new law applies to all purchases made at a distance, online or over the phone. COLLECTIF fully abides and upholds the principles of the Consumer Contracts Regulations and will from time to time update our conditions in line with any changes that may take place to this law.

We understand that many people still worry about submitting personal details on the Internet – especially their credit/debit card numbers. We can assure you that any information you provide to us will remain safe and secure, we promise never to release your personal details to any third party for mailing or marketing purposes.
When you make a purchase from our Site, we collect certain personal information from you (for example: your name, email address, payment address and details).
